Principal Contractor, Civil's, Electrical Controls

We offer a broad scope of project management services including acting as principal contractor, undertaking civil's and assembling electrical controls. It is our objective to offer a complete one stop shop service for your project requirements.

Principal Contractor: As principal contractor we undertake to coordinate and manage all the different aspects of a project including site work, component specifications & purchasing (valves, controls, electronics etc), sub-contracting, fabrication, delivery, commissioning and maintenance. Working closely with a clients CDM Coordinator we also manage all aspects of Health & Safety as well as inspecting subcontracted products & services, handling contract administration & negotiations and acting as clients representatives and employers agents.

Civils: As well as designing, fabricating and installing plant and equipment we also manage civil engineering work including groundworks, foundations, sewerage and drainage works. We can undertake refurbishments and play an active role in new builds for industrial complexes.

Electrical & Controls: Full design and manufacture of electrical control systems can be managed from software design, HMI & SCADA programming, process and motion control through to circuit assembly, panel manufacture, commissioning and training. We have the skills and experience to either handle these requirements in-house or utilise the services of any of our trusted business partners.
