InstallationSite Teams, Health & Safety Our fully supervised site teams are able to provide full installation services. Teams are put together to suit each project and include fully H&S and CDM trained site welders, pipe fitters, mechanical fitters and electricians. Site Teams: Site teams with a complete range of skills appropriate for the job are put together as required. Each team operates with fully equipped support vehicles carrying equipment and tools. The teams assemble job kits before travelling to site and are resourceful in organising the work schedule and direct-to-site suppliers. They are experienced in working with the client and are flexible in working around the client’s day to day operational needs. They also work professionally with other suppliers and other disciplines organised by the client to ensure efficient overall progress. Our teams work on a wide range of job types – from small 1 hour fitting jobs to year long projects involving thousands of man-hours, difficult access and high tonnage cranes. We install equipment and plant produced by ourselves or supplied by others. We also move equipment to a new site or to a new location on the same site. Health & Safety: Effective Health & Safety procedures both on and off-site are of fundamental importance to us. We operate a full Health & Safety system both internally and on customers’ premises, which is subject to an external audit every 2 years. We make sure that our standards are at least to CDM 2007. We find that, because our Engineers are highly trained and familiar with the company’s H&S ethic, they easily adapt to customers’ own Health & Safety systems. We regularly review our skill sets, certifications and licenses to ensure safe working and appropriate compliance. |
