With over 20 years of experience in some of the most demanding environments we have the experience and expertise to tackle any project. Our design capacity includes fluid calculations, control logic and P&ID’s. Our in-house shop and site based welders are coded and we arrange weld test and NDT procedures when required for pressure and flammable applications. Market Sectors include:
We install and maintain pipework for all media including air, gas, water, hot water & steam, chemicals, sludge's, oils, lubricants, grain and powder. We also manufacture skids for easy installation. We install and maintain process plant – large storage vessels, reactor vessels, mixers, tumblers, calorifiers, compressors, pumps etc. We manufacture brackets, large frames and platforms to support and access the plant and pipework. We work with many materials and formats, the most common are: Stainless Steel: Primarily for hygienic, food, chemical and pharmaceutical applications. Carbon Steel Pipework: Carbon steel for non-hygienic applications. Ductile Iron Pipework: Ductile iron pipework for surface water and sewage systems. Trace Heated Pipework and Plant: We undertake full electrical trace heating of pipework and vessels where temperature control is important. We install blanket heaters where trace heating is not practical, e.g. around fittings, valves etc. Jacketed Pipework: We design, manufacture and install bespoke jacketed pipework (pipe within pipe) for conveying viscous materials. Lagged Pipework and Plant: Pipe, valve and plant lagging using a wide range of materials and thicknesses to suit pipe diameters up to 2500mm diameter can be undertaken. We also undertake lagging repair and replacement of non asbestos materials. Pneumatic Conveying: Installation of pneumatic conveying systems for transporting powder & granular materials. We work closely with pneumatic conveyor OEM’s, providing a full installation service as a sub-contractor to them or to their client.
