We offer full in house conventional machining services including milling, turning, surface grinding, drilling, sawing and linishing etc. The facilities provide reduced lead time in-house support to projects and other services and provide direct client services:

Conventional Milling: Our conventional milling services are suited for items up to 1m3. All of our conventional mills are equipped with a range of features including indexable milling heads, rotary tables and 90° head attachments etc.

Conventional Turning: We offer conventional turning for components up to 3m in length and Ø500mm for bespoke, one off and low volume turning work. All lathes are equipped with a range of features including 3 or 4 jaw chucking, variable faceplates and roller supports.

General: Our facilities are fully equipped with general plant and benchtop equipment to support all other aspects of the companies operations. Plant includes:
